Porter / Estate Assistant – Spencer Close, Finchley N3, London
Spencer Close Limited is looking for a reliable and experienced Porter/Estate Assistant to join our residential estate team in North London.
This is a very much a hands-on position. We are looking for someone who is practical, proactive and comfortable dealing with the day-to-day running of a residential estate.
Key Responsibilities
- General estate duties
- Minor maintenance and practical tasks
- Regular building and grounds inspections
- Assisting residents
- Monitoring security and access
- Dealing with contractors and deliveries
- Keeping communal areas well presented
- Promptly reporting maintenance and health & safety issues

Working Pattern
- Week 1: Monday to Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm
- Week 2: Monday to Thursday, 8:00am–5:00pm, Friday 8:00am–12:00pm, and Saturday 9:00am–1:00pm
- The pattern then alternates every other week.

Previous experience as an Estate Assistant, Porter, Caretaker, Maintenance Assistant, or within residential property management would be an advantage.
