DEVELOPMENT DETAILS

You’ll be based in a prestigious riverside development of 116 homes designed by the renowned architects Stanton Williams. The setting blends calm, contemporary living with hotel-style amenities, including a residents’ gym, yoga studio and beautifully kept communal spaces, many with sweeping Thames views. With Pimlico Underground a short stroll away, you’ll support a welcoming community of residents and guests in a refined, well-managed environment where attention to detail and service standards truly matter.

ROLE EXPECTATIONS

You will be the friendly, visible presence who keeps the development running smoothly, welcoming residents and visitors while maintaining immaculate standards across entrances, lobbies and communal areas. You’ll manage deliveries and contractors, carry out regular checks, and respond promptly to issues so residents feel consistently safe, supported and well looked after.

What Success Looks Like

  • Residents feel known, respected and confident that requests are handled quickly and courteously.
  • Entrances, lobbies and communal areas are spotless and set up to brand standards at all times.
  • Deliveries, keys and access control are managed accurately with clear records and zero errors.
  • Daily inspections identify and escalate maintenance issues before they become problems.
  • Contractors are signed in, briefed and monitored for safe, professional working.
  • Handover notes are thorough, ensuring seamless communication between shifts and the wider team.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
