Working Hours: Mon to Fri plus alternate Saturdays 8am to 12pm
Location: Kensington W8
Salary: Temp to Perm £circa £30,000
Immediate start available for an excellent team player required to join at a lovely prestige mansion block in Kensington within easy reach of either Holland Park or High Street Kensington tube stations. To commence on a temporary trial basis for at least two months first in order to become established in the team and get to meet the residents. Specific hours are Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 6.00pm (but alternate weeks Monday to Friday, 8.00am to 4.00pm and alternate Saturdays 8.00am to 12.00noon).

This is a dual role combining both domestic and recycling rubbish collection rounds daily, plus polishing brass and keeping the entrance lobby clean together with lobby customer service meeting and greeting residents and visitors, building security patrols and routine health and safety and fire prevention checks. Must also have exceptional manners and customer service skills to be able to interact well with residents and provide a five-star customer service. You will be responsible for meeting and greeting, helping with bags and luggage, dealing with all enquiries and providing assistance as required. Also responsible for managing contractors on site.

Other duties include carrying out thorough building checks, reporting and reactive maintenance issues, fire safety checks, managing contractors, monitoring the car park usage. You must be extremely well presented with excellent written and verbal skills, proactive with an excellent customer service focus.
