We are looking for a dependable and hardworking Fry Cook to join our kitchen team!
The ideal candidate is organized, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is committed to delivering consistent, high-quality food while maintaining cleanliness and safety standards.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook fried menu items according to recipes and presentation standards
- Operate fryers safely and efficiently during service
- Monitor product quality, cooking times, and food temperatures
- Maintain proper oil quality and fryer cleanliness
- Keep the station stocked, organized, and ready for service
- Assist with food preparation and kitchen cleaning duties as needed
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures

Qualifications:
- Previous kitchen or fry station experience preferred, but not required
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume environment
- Strong attention to detail and consistency
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- Dependable attendance and positive attitude
- Team player with a strong work ethic

Schedule:
- Full-time and part-time positions available
- Evening, weekend, and holiday availability preferred

- Work collaboratively with all kitchen stations by providing assistance as needed, supporting overall kitchen operations, and completing cleaning duties and other assigned responsibilities to ensure an efficient and successful service.
