Marketing Associate

The Marketing Associate will be a key role in the marketing operations team, serving the Life Sciences division focused on pharmaceutical and personal care manufacturing. This position will have a highly visible role that acts as a liaison between marketing and cross‐functional partners including R&D, supply chain, quality, regulatory, finance, and sales teams. In this role, the individual will support efforts to drive efficiencies across the EMEA and Asia Pacific product portfolio, management of product information, support of the Senior Marketing Associate with portfolio maintenance and new product introduction, regulatory requirements, and compliance for each region.

How you'll make an impact:

  • Manage complete product information life cycle across multiple systems
  • Manage the transition plan of the product references
  • Work with Marketing Managers and cross-functional teams to proactively manage product information
  • Provide updates and understand the requirements for the individual portfolios
  • Investigate regulatory, marketing, and sales requirements
  • Manage large, complex projects relating to regulatory and sales activities
  • Work with team to optimize product portfolio management and product life cycles

Qualifications:

  • Proven ability to work independently while handling multiple tasks
  • Highly organized, data management, and reporting skills
  • Analytical, problem-solving mindset
  • Excellent planning and time management skills
  • Attention to detail in data entry and when reviewing labels (often in other languages)
  • Execution oriented with ability to learn and apply new processes
  • Strong collaboration skills to work in a matrixed organization
  • Flexible and adaptable to highly dynamic work environment
  • Strong written and oral communications skills
  • Excellent organization skills and practices, both personal and team‐oriented
  • Strong knowledge of all Windows Office suite applications, notably on Excel. Microsoft InfoPath experience would be an advantage (not essential)
