Job Summary

Working within the Integrated Change Programme (ICP) PMO, you'll play a key role in supporting the governance, reporting and coordination activities that enable effective oversight of programme delivery.

You'll join a collaborative and supportive team within the Enterprise PMO, working closely with programme, project and business stakeholders to ensure governance activities, reporting cycles and management information are delivered consistently and effectively.

This role sits at the centre of programme coordination and assurance, helping to provide senior stakeholders with the information they need to make informed decisions and maintain oversight of delivery. Alongside day-to-day PMO activities, you'll have opportunities to contribute to improvements in reporting, data management and ways of working as the programme continues to evolve.

Job Description

You are highly organised, detail focused and take pride in producing accurate, high-quality outputs. You'll be comfortable managing competing priorities and coordinating activities across multiple stakeholders to meet governance and reporting deadlines.

You'll have experience supporting projects, programmes or portfolios and understand the importance of strong governance, effective information management and robust programme controls. You enjoy working with data and are confident maintaining reports, dashboards and management information that support effective decision-making.

Most importantly, you'll be a proactive team player who builds strong working relationships, takes ownership of your responsibilities and looks for opportunities to improve the way things are done.

Person Specification

Essential

  • Experience of working within a project, programme, portfolio or PMO environment, supporting governance, reporting, information management or delivery activities.
  • Experience of producing, maintaining and quality assuring management information and reporting outputs.
  • Strong data handling skills, with the ability to maintain accurate, consistent and well-controlled information.
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities, deadlines and multiple workstreams.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams and functions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications and collaboration platforms, including SharePoint, Teams and Excel.
  • Experience of using reporting and data visualisation tools, such as Power BI, to maintain and enhance reporting outputs and dashboards.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
