Sitting within the Governance & Transformation team in the FA's Digital division, you will be at the heart of delivering meaningful insights, maintaining high-quality portfolio data and reporting, and ensuring key stakeholders have access to accurate and timely information.

This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the evolution of Digital reporting and analytics capabilities, helping drive the transition from Smartsheet-based solutions to Power BI and modern data visualisation platforms. If you're passionate about data, reporting excellence, and turning information into actionable insight, this role offers the chance to make a real impact across a unique, varied and dynamic portfolio of change initiatives.

The role is advertised as a fixed-term contract until the 31st of July 2027.

What will you be doing?

Portfolio Reporting

  • Coordinate and consolidate monthly divisional reporting inputs from Pods, Product Lines and Practices.
  • Produce executive-ready reporting packs, dashboards and presentation materials for leadership reviews, QPRs and governance forums.
  • Validate reporting submissions to ensure completeness, consistency and accuracy.
  • Follow up with stakeholders to obtain status updates and supporting information ahead of reporting deadlines.
  • Maintain reporting templates, standards and documentation.

Dashboard & Data Management

  • Maintain Portfolio and Product Line Smartsheet solutions, ensuring data remains accurate and up to date.
  • Support administration of data integrations and automated reporting processes.
  • Monitor reporting data quality, identifying and resolving inconsistencies.
  • Maintain portfolio Risk logs, milestone tracking and portfolio repositories.
  • Support improvements to reporting processes to reduce manual effort and improve insight generation.

Power BI & Reporting Development

  • Support the development and maintenance of Power BI dashboards and visualisations.
  • Assist with the migration of reporting from manual and Smartsheet-based processes into Power BI.
  • Work with Data, Product and Governance teams to define reporting requirements and measures.
  • Help develop meaningful portfolio metrics, trend reporting and executive dashboards.
  • Identify opportunities to automate reporting and improve self-service access to information.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
