Position Overview
The Portfolio Director is a senior member of the Global ServiceNow Portfolio organisation, working directly with the CTO / Portfolio Lead to define, manage, and evolve the global portfolio of offerings, solutions, and innovation assets.
This role is responsible for translating strategic vision into a structured portfolio of differentiated offerings, ensuring competitive positioning, driving innovation (including GenAI and Agentic AI), and enabling the business with pricing, packaging, and GTM assets that accelerate growth.
The Portfolio Director partners closely with Sales Enablement, Value Engineering, Delivery, Industry Leads, and Alliance teams to ensure the portfolio is market-relevant, commercially viable, technically robust, and aligned with customer needs and ServiceNow’s platform evolution.
Strategic Impact
- Shape and maintain the global ServiceNow offerings portfolio in assigned areas (like AI, CRM, ITx, Employee Experience), ensuring relevance across industries and regions.
- Translate portfolio strategy into roadmaps, investment plans, and innovation themes.
- Drive competitive differentiation, ensuring each offering has a unique market position.
- Lead the definition of pricing, packaging, and GTM assets to support successful sales and delivery.
- Steer R&D and innovation programs, including next-generation solutions leveraging Agentic AI and GenAI.
- Ensure portfolio coherence with Atos’ strategy and ServiceNow’s product roadmap.
- Strengthen Atos’ brand as a leader in digital workflow, automation, and AI-enabled transformation.

Key Responsibilities
Offering & Solution Definition
- Develop and maintain global offerings and solutions spanning modules, industries, and horizontal capabilities.
- Define offering scope, value propositions, target personas, use cases, and success metrics.
- Partner with Value Engineering to embed industry accelerators, blueprints, and delivery methods into portfolio offerings.
Portfolio Roadmap Ownership
- Maintain the global portfolio roadmap, including modules, industries, AI capabilities, and innovation themes.
- Monitor market trends, ServiceNow releases, ecosystem movements, and customer demand signals.
- Prioritise feature and capability development in alignment with strategy and investment priorities.
Competitive Differentiation & Positioning
- Perform competitive analysis, benchmarking, and positioning activities.
- Ensure each offering has a clear differentiation narrative backed by assets and proof points.
- Partner with Sales Enablement to incorporate competitive insights into battlecards and GTM materials.
Pricing, Packaging & Commercialization
- Define pricing models, packaging structures, and service tiers for each portfolio offering.
- Collaborate with sales, finance, and regional leaders to ensure commercial viability.
- Develop GTM toolkits including
- Offering sheets
- Sales plays
- Use case packs
- Customer-value narratives
R&D / Innovation Leadership
- Drive R&D initiatives along with the R&D engineering team, focusing on
- Automation
- AI-driven workflows
- Industry innovations
- Next-gen platform capabilities
- Collaborate with Alliance teams, startups, and technology partners to incubate new solutions.
Agentic AI / GenAI Roadmap & Solution Leadership
- Own the Agentic AI and GenAI portfolio roadmap, defining
- Use cases
- AI agents and workflows
- Data and model integration
- Industry-specific AI accelerators
- Ensure alignment with ServiceNow’s AI capabilities (Now Assist, AI Control Tower, etc.).
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with
- CTO / Portfolio Lead (strategy & roadmap)
- Sales Enablement & GTM (asset creation, campaigns, pricing)
- Value Engineering CoE (industry blueprints, playbooks, solution quality)
- Industry Directors (sector-specific needs)
- Alliance Team (innovation and roadmap alignment with ServiceNow)
- Ensure portfolio excellence across the entire offering lifecycle.

Governance, Lifecycle Management & Reporting
- Support governance processes for asset management.
- Track performance of offerings (pipeline, win rates, adoption, margin).
- Provide regular updates to leadership on the health of the portfolio and innovation pipeline.
Required Experience & Capabilities
- Strong background in ServiceNow portfolio management, product management, solutioning, or innovation leadership.
- Deep understanding of the ServiceNow platform, modules, AI features, and ecosystem.
- Experience in defining offerings, pricing models, solution architectures, and GTM toolkits.
- Exposure to AI—especially GenAI, workflow automation, LLM integration, and agentic AI concepts.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to turn technology into compelling business value propositions.
- Proven ability to analyze competitive landscapes and craft differentiation strategies.
- Experience working in global, matrixed organizations with cross-functional teams.
- Executive-level communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.
- Innovation mindset with a bias for action, thought leadership, and continuous improvement.
