We’re hiring a portfolio implementation specialist to join our CIO Office.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives on precision, operational discipline, and cross-team collaboration. You’ll help ensure our portfolios are executed accurately, stay aligned to investment models, and that high-quality information flows seamlessly across the business.
You’ll work closely with Investment Management, Trading, Operations, and Wealth Managers to deliver smooth portfolio implementation and outstanding client outcomes.
What you’ll be involved in:
- Executing model-driven trades, rebalancing, and cash management
- Maintaining alignment between client portfolios and investment strategies
- Supporting tailored mandates across internal and external platforms
- Monitoring portfolios against risk tolerances and BITA profiles
- Producing monitoring packs, risk reports, and analytics
- Responding to investment-related queries from wealth managers
- Ensuring strong governance, controls, and regulatory compliance (MiFID II, SMCR)

What you’ll bring:
- 3–5 years’ experience in portfolio implementation, trading support, or multi-asset investment management
- CISI Level 4 (required); IMC or CFA Level I (preferred)
- Experience in UK wealth or asset management
- Strong understanding of investment processes, asset allocation, and risk
- High proficiency with MS Office and financial data tools (Bloomberg, FactSet)
- Familiarity with OMS/PMS platforms (Aladdin, Charles River, Thinkfolio, AIM)
