Portfolio Manager - Transformation
London | Hybrid
A leading investment and pensions organisation is seeking an experienced Portfolio Manager to help shape and govern a significant portfolio of strategic change initiatives.
Working closely with senior business and transformation leaders, you will influence investment decisions, portfolio priorities, and change delivery, ensuring resources are focused on the initiatives that create the greatest business value.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead portfolio planning, prioritisation, and governance activities
- Support investment decision-making, demand management, and capacity planning
- Provide insight and challenge on risk, dependencies, and delivery performance
- Facilitate executive-level trade-off discussions and strategic decision-making
- Drive continuous improvement across portfolio management and reporting

About You
- Strong portfolio management, transformation, or enterprise change experience
- Background within investment management, asset management, pensions, or wealth management
- Expertise in portfolio governance, prioritisation, and investment planning
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and navigate complex environments
