Now, we're happy to offer an exciting opportunity to join our market leading team as a Portfolio Manager in our Letting Management office in Clarkston.

Let's Talk About The Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Acting as first point of contact for Landlord clients and Tenants, the role is primarily customer focused on the telephone as well as answering online enquiries (emails and Fixflo repair management software) as well as in person in the office.
  • The primary duties of the role are to professionally and swiftly arrange reactive repairs and maintenance with in house and third party Contractors during a tenancy, as well as dealing with the end of tenancy ‘Check Out’ vacate process, this will involve liaising with Landlords clients and Tenants and Contractors about any required works at the end of a tenancy and any subsequent deposit deductions.
  • The successful candidate will be required to demonstrate a highly organised and positive attitude, strong work ethic, great communication skills and most importantly be able to cope with the busy and varied nature of property management. Strong IT skills are a must.
  • Support the team - collaborate to ensure smooth workflows and high service standards.
  • Handle daily administration - manage correspondence, update records, and support office operations.
  • Maintain accuracy and organisation - ensure documentation is compliant and processes are followed.
