Cult & Boutique Wine Management
Cult & Boutique Wine Management is a leading, London-based fine wine investment brokerage with well over a decade of experience helping private clients build profitable wine portfolios. Alongside our core investment services, we operate a growing online wine retail store (CB Uncorked), and deliver curated wine tastings, luxury corporate gifting, and bespoke travel experiences through our lifestyle arm (CB Wrapped). We combine market insight with a passion for fine wine, offering tailored services at the intersection of investment and appreciation.
The Role
This is an entry-level, client-facing position designed for someone looking to build a career in fine wine investment sales. You will support the wider sales team while developing your own client relationships, learning how fine wine operates as an alternative asset class, and contributing directly to new business growth.

Sales experience, particularly telesales, is strongly preferred; what’s essential is the ambition to thrive in a sales-led role in the investment market, with the potential to nurture a passion for fine wine.
Key responsibilities include:

Sales support & business development
- Supporting senior sales team members with client communications and follow-ups
- Assisting in the acquisition of new private clients
- Conducting introductory client calls and qualifying leads
- Maintaining accurate CRM records and sales pipelines

Client relationship management
- Building and nurturing relationships with private clients over time
- Presenting investment opportunities and market insights under guidance
- Delivering a high standard of client service and communication

Learning & development
- Developing a strong understanding of fine wine investment, market trends, and portfolio construction
- Participating in ongoing training and internal education
- Progressing towards managing an independent client base

The Candidate
- Highly motivated with a strong interest in sales, fine wine, or investment markets
- Confident communicator with a professional and proactive approach
- Resilient, target-driven, and eager to learn
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, in-office environment
Experience
Essential Skills and Experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Confidence speaking with clients by phone and email
- Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks
- A commercial mindset and willingness to work towards targets
Desirable Skills and Experience
- Previous sales / telesales experience
- Knowledge of fine wine, luxury goods, or investment markets
- Salesforce CRM experience
