Take the lead in a role where your audit expertise and client relationships genuinely matter. Responsibilities:
- Manage a diverse portfolio of clients, acting as their main point of contact
- Plan, lead, and review audit assignments from planning through to completion, ensuring delivery on time and within budget
- Provide strategic business advisory support, including tax planning, cash flow management, and business growth guidance
- Build strong client relationships, handling queries proactively and delivering a high standard of service
- Lead, mentor, and develop junior team members, maintaining quality and consistency across the team

Requirements:
- ACA or ACCA qualified (or equivalent)
- Strong experience within accountancy practice, including managing client portfolios
- Proven audit management experience, including planning, reviewing, and leading audit engagements
- Excellent technical knowledge of UK GAAP, FRS102, and UK auditing standards
- Strong organisational and analytical skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines effectively
