Join Our Team as a Portfolio Manager: Driving Excellence in Student Living!
Are you a seasoned leader ready to elevate student accommodation experiences to new heights? We're seeking an exceptional Portfolio Manager to lead our team of General Managers, shaping operational excellence across our diverse student accommodation properties nationwide. This exciting role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on student living experiences and satisfaction. The role is home-based but will require national travel to support your team of General Managers.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of General Managers across a national portfolio of properties.
- Drive KPI performance, accountability, and ownership through supportive leadership.
- Conduct regular 1-1s, setting realistic SMART goals for your team.
- Maintain high standards through planned visits, audits, coaching, and supportive meetings.
- Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement, training, and development.
- Influence sales performance and drive operational excellence for outstanding customer satisfaction.
- Manage client relationships, ensuring effective communication and reporting.
