We’re Hiring: Property Portfolio Manager | London
Mariana Real Estate is looking for an experienced Property Portfolio Manager to join our boutique London property agency.
This is an office-based role in the City of London, perfect for someone who enjoys taking real ownership of their work, building long-term relationships with landlords and tenants, and being part of a small, supportive and highly professional team where your work genuinely matters.
The role
You’ll be responsible for managing a well-maintained portfolio of residential properties, including:
- Acting as the main point of contact for landlords and tenants
- Managing maintenance issues and coordinating trusted contractors
- Overseeing check-ins, check-outs and deposit returns
- Preparing properties for new tenancies and ensuring they are presented to a high standard
- Handling day-to-day tenancy and property matters efficiently and professionally
- Processing service charges, ground rents, and contractor payments
- Applying for licences where required
- Building strong, long-term relationships with clients and tenants
- Ensuring all properties are managed with care, consistency and attention to detail

About you
We’re looking for someone who has:
- Ideally 2+ years’ experience in residential property management
- Strong communication and client service skills
- Excellent organisation and the ability to manage a busy workload
- Good knowledge of residential lettings and property management processes
- A proactive, calm and solution-focused approach
- Confidence working independently and taking full responsibility for a portfolio
- A professional, friendly manner and strong attention to detail

Package
- 💷 £40,000 basic salary + commission
- 💷 OTE circa £50,000 per annum
- 🏖 28 days’ holiday + bank holidays
