Associate – Real Estate Portfolio Monitoring
A leading global institutional investment organisation is looking to hire an Associate to join its Real Estate Portfolio Monitoring team in London.
The team sits within the wider Real Estate Asset Management function and focuses on portfolio-level reporting, analysis and operational oversight across a European real estate portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare quarterly, semi-annual and annual reporting for the European real estate portfolio
- Support annual budgeting and strategic asset planning processes
- Conduct ad-hoc deal and portfolio analysis, including investment returns, market values and property-level operating performance
- Support broader asset management activities as required
- Contribute to policy, compliance, process improvement and implementation initiatives
- Coordinate with multiple internal and external stakeholders across the portfolio

Requirements

- Relevant experience within real estate, ideally covering direct, indirect and/or real estate debt investments
- Strong academic background in a relevant discipline such as finance, accounting, business or real estate
- Advanced Excel skills; VBA/Macros experience advantageous
- Experience with data visualisation tools such as Power BI or Tableau
- Strong ability to work with and analyse large datasets
- Highly analytical, detail-oriented and commercially minded
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organisational and project management capabilities
