Portfolio Officer
INTERNAL APPLICANTS ONLY
This part time post (0.6 FTE) is available from September 2026 to 31 July 2028. Applications for secondments will be considered subject to agreement from your current line manager.
The starting salary will be from £33,951 on Grade E, depending on knowledge, skills and experience.
This role offers the opportunity for hybrid working - some time on campus and some from home.
This is an exciting opportunity to undertake a coordination and portfolio support role specifically supporting the senior leadership teams of the Education Diversification portfolio. The role will coordinate a wide range of activities, be responsible for administration, and will be required to support and get involved in all aspect of projects where organisation, coordination and administration are required.

About You
We are looking for an organised, proactive, and innovative professional with experience supporting portfolio activities in fast-paced environments. The postholder will need to manage changing priorities, work under pressure, and deliver high-quality outcomes with minimal supervision. It is key that they possess excellent communication with strong attention to detail and confidentiality and can quickly grasp new concepts and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
