PORTFOLIO PRICING LEAD

Primarily remote | Occasional UK office attendance - various UK locations.

£60,000 - £75,000 + Bonus + Benefits

A pricing model can tell you where risk sits. A strong Portfolio Pricing Lead can decide what to do about it.

We’re looking for someone who can connect technical analysis with commercial action: spotting changes in portfolio performance, understanding what is driving them and recommending pricing interventions that improve profitability and sustainable growth.

This is not a role where you simply produce analysis and pass it on. You will own important portfolio questions, influence pricing strategy and explain your recommendations directly to senior stakeholders.

WHAT WILL YOU BE SOLVING?

  • Where is portfolio performance moving away from plan, and why?
  • Which pricing interventions will deliver the strongest commercial outcome?
  • How should technical models be calibrated to reflect emerging experience?
  • Where can monitoring, optimisation and pricing processes be improved?
  • How can complex analysis be translated into a decision the business can act on?

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
