Portfolio Product Manager – Geospatial Applications

About The Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced product leader with a strong track record of managing Product Owners and building robust, quantitative business cases to lead a portfolio of geospatial and environmental software products. You will be accountable for the overall vision, strategy, roadmap, and commercial success of a suite of geospatial software products, including rigorous cost/benefit analysis and investment prioritisation across the portfolio, covering groundMapper, CAMS, CMSi, and HBMSR, alongside other associated software solutions.

The role combines strategic product leadership with stakeholder engagement and portfolio coordination across multiple product teams. Reporting into this role will be a number of dedicated Product Owners, each responsible for the day-to-day delivery and backlog management of individual products. You will directly manage this team, setting objectives, providing regular performance feedback and coaching, and holding Product Owners accountable for delivery against agreed roadmaps and business cases.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
