Portfolio Solutions Project Manager
We're looking for an experienced Portfolio Solutions Project Manager to join our Markets & Placement team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering strategic portfolio initiatives that support growth, enhance client propositions and strengthen insurer partnerships across Everywhen.
Working closely with senior stakeholders, insurers and cross-functional teams, you'll take ownership of the planning, coordination and delivery of key projects, ensuring initiatives are implemented effectively and achieve their intended outcomes.
What You'll Be Doing
As Portfolio Solutions Project Manager, you'll lead and coordinate a range of projects including facility developments, panel renewals, proposition enhancements and strategic change initiatives.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Managing projects from initial scope through to implementation and post-launch review.
- Developing and maintaining detailed project plans, milestones and delivery schedules.
- Coordinating activity across business teams, insurers and central functions.
- Supporting tender and renewal exercises, ensuring timelines, governance and implementation activities remain on track.
- Facilitating project meetings and working groups, driving clear actions, decisions and accountability.
- Monitoring risks, issues and dependencies, escalating where necessary.
- Producing concise and accurate project updates for leadership and governance forums.
- Coordinating implementation readiness, including communications, training and stakeholder engagement.
- Supporting continuous improvement of project management standards, tools and ways of working.

What We're Looking For
We're interested in candidates who can demonstrate:
- Experience managing or coordinating projects within a complex, multi-stakeholder environment.
- Strong project planning and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Experience maintaining governance documentation including risks, issues, actions and decision logs.
- Confidence engaging and influencing stakeholders at all levels of an organisation.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- A proactive and solutions-focused approach to problem solving.
- Experience supporting business change and implementation activity.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft 365 tools.
Desirable Experience
- Insurance or financial services experience.
- Exposure to proposition development, portfolio management, facility placement or broker operations.
- Understanding of regulated business environments and governance requirements.
- Experience working within a network, regional or multi-site business model.

You'll be comfortable working across multiple teams, balancing competing priorities and maintaining focus on achieving positive business and customer outcomes.
