About our client
Our client is a leading London based mid-market private equity fund that is currently looking to hire a portfolio talent coordinator to join its portfolio talent function. The fund, which has a diverse investment focus across multiple industries and strong track record of value creation, places significant emphasis on human capital as a key part of its investment strategy. This is a new hire for the portfolio talent team and will allow the incoming individual significant exposure and learning opportunity across a broad talent role.

What the job involves
- Coordinate searches, interviews, assessments and referencing
- Search firm selection, role scoping, compensation benchmarking, and negotiations.
- Manage candidate relationships and deliver a professional candidate experience.
- Own the CRM, reporting and analysis of recruitment activity and market trends
- Maintain third party relationships and develop AI-enabled talent tools and processes
- Coordinate portfolio talent events, marketing, and community platforms
- Provide team administration and support when required

Who we are looking for
- Senior search experience either from an execution of support perspective
- Strong project management skills, capable of managing multiple at one time
- Knowledge of private equity or broader private markets investment would be advantageous
- Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills, comfortable with data and reporting
- An interest in AI and automation
