Job Overview
We are currently sourcing exceptional talent for a Portuguese Speaking Cybersecurity Customer Experts position in Greece. In this vital role, you will act as a guardian of digital trust, providing specialized customer support and security guidance to protect users and systems in an increasingly complex cyber landscape.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-level assistance to clients regarding cybersecurity software, protocols, and best practices.
- Analyze and troubleshoot potential security vulnerabilities to ensure optimal client protection.

- Handle technical escalations with professionalism, ensuring swift resolution and customer satisfaction.

Requirements
- Native or fluent Portuguese (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
- Valid EU passport or work permit allowing residency and employment in Greece.
- Proven interest or background in the Cybersecurity industry or technical support sectors.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to solve complex technical problems under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills in English to operate effectively within our diverse team.
