POS Artwork Specialist / Artworker
We're delighted to be recruiting a POS Artwork Specialist / Artworker on behalf of a well-established Point of Sale design and manufacturing business specialising in high-quality retail displays for leading fragrance and beauty brands.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Artwork Specialist to join a growing organisation and work on a varied range of projects, from bespoke prototypes to large-scale national retail rollouts. The role offers the chance to take supplied brand assets and transform them into accurate, production-ready artwork that will be seen in retail environments across the UK.
Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 per annum
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week 8am-5pm
Holiday: 21 days holiday plus bank holidays

Duties and Responsibilities
- Create and prepare print-ready artwork from supplied brand assets, guidelines and creative files
- Adapt artwork across a wide range of Point of Sale display formats, sizes and materials
- Prepare artwork for various print and manufacturing processes, ensuring technical accuracy and compliance with production requirements
- Carry out thorough checks before artwork is released to production, ensuring files are complete and accurate
- Make amendments and manage version control across multiple projects and retail campaigns
- Work closely with account management, production and manufacturing teams to support successful project delivery
- Assist with creative artwork development, image preparation and maintenance of the company website where required

Required Skills and Experience
- Previous experience in an Artworker, Production Artworker or Artwork Specialist job within a production-led environment
- Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign
- Strong understanding of print production, pre-press processes and the preparation of production-ready artwork
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to maintain accuracy across multiple projects
- Experience working from supplied brand assets and adhering to detailed brand guidelines
- Ability to understand how artwork translates into physical retail displays and manufactured products
- Experience within Point of Sale, retail graphics, packaging, signage, exhibition displays, large-format print or similar sectors would be advantageous
