Join our People team and play a key role in maintaining and developing our HR data and organisational structures across multiple HR systems. Based at our Northampton Head Office, this hybrid role offers the best of both worlds, with the flexibility to split your time between the office and home while working as part of a collaborative and forward-thinking team.

Pay, benefits and more:
- We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £26,000 per annum.
- In addition, we offer 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays).

What you’ll do on a typical day:
- Manage the creation, maintenance, and amendment of position structures across multiple HR systems, including Oracle Fusion and SuccessFactors
- Support large-scale projects by coordinating mass position creation activities and maintaining associated position databases
- Conduct regular data integrity checks, audits, and cleansing activities to ensure the accuracy and compliance of position data
- Partner with HR and operational teams to provide guidance, training, and support on position management best practice
- Collaborate across the HRIS and People Services functions to deliver accurate reporting, continuous improvement, and exceptional service
What you need to succeed at GXO:
- Experience working with HR systems, ideally SuccessFactors and/or Oracle Fusion, with strong Excel skills
- Customer-focused professional with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organised, able to prioritise workloads, multitask, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented and accurate, with a strong focus on data quality, compliance, and continuous improvement
- Collaborative, adaptable, and forward-thinking, with the ability to build strong relationships and work effectively as part of a team
