Location: North Walsham
Hours: 37.5
Rate: £15.39 per hour

Typical Shifts are:
Mon - Sun (days 7am-3pm & 3pm 10pm-Nights 10pm-7am) Shifts may be subject to change including on call - shifts are provided 4 weeks in advance.

In this hands-on role, you’ll work alongside managers, Behavioural Support Practitioners and frontline teams to embed Positive Behaviour Support, trauma-informed and person-centred practice. You’ll lead by example, coaching colleagues, supporting PBS plans and helping teams deliver thoughtful, consistent support that improves everyday outcomes for the people we support.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys being visible in services and wants to make a real difference.

You’ll have:

  • Experience supporting people with learning disabilities, autism and/or mental health needs
  • A good understanding of Positive Behaviour Support
  • Confidence in coaching and supporting others in practice
  • Strong communication skills and a values-led approach
