Salary: Starting at £14.00 per hour
Contract type: Permanent
Working pattern: Part-time, 25 hours per week

We are looking for a compassionate, patient, enthusiastic, and fun-loving individual to join our team in a 2:1 support role. You will be supporting a cheerful and playful man who is thoughtful, energetic, warm-hearted, and full of character.
He lives at home with his family and is primarily supported while his parents are at work. The role involves providing meaningful daily opportunities for him to engage in activities he enjoys and that promote his wellbeing. This may include accessing the local community, sensory-based activities, developing independent living skills, arts and crafts, baking, and listening to music, which he particularly enjoys. You will also encourage participation in physical activities such as walks, trips to the park, and swimming.

He is autistic and has a severe learning disability, epilepsy, and behaviours that can at times be challenging. Due to the complexity of his needs, you will always work alongside an experienced member of the support team, ensuring a safe, consistent, and positive environment for both him and his staff.
He has his own car, so you must be a driver with a full UK driving license.
As a Positive Behaviour Support Worker with our team, you can expect:
