The role of the Post Completion Executive

The role of the Post Completion Executive is to provide effective support to our Residential Conveyancing Team.

Main responsibilities:

  • Dealing with post completion archiving of residential property matters, which includes but is not limited to - ensuring there are no client balances on any files before they are archived; ensuring that notices have been served on freeholders and management companies (as applicable) where the file is leasehold; and on purchase matters, to ensure we have received the Title Information Document from the Land Registry and that it accurately records the client’s name and lender’s charge (if applicable)
  • Sending completed registrations to the lender/client, via post, LMS and Lender Exchange platforms, and providing updates on registrations to clients and lenders if the application is delayed.
  • Assisting with the processing and allocation of post as required.
  • Liaising with clients by email and on the telephone, and provide such support in a professional and friendly manner, in-keeping with the Company’s standards for client care.
  • Dealing with Land Registry, download and upload documents.
  • Any administrative duties that may be required such as typing, photocopying, scanning, and undertaking various duties as delegated.
  • Assisting other members of the firm with matters that have completed on a case by case basis.
