Post Completion Specialist | Fully Remote | £35,000 - £45,000 DOE
Looking for a fully remote conveyancing role where your post completion expertise is genuinely valued?
We're exclusively partnering with a growing and highly respected law firm that continues to invest heavily in its residential property division. With an excellent reputation for client service and a strong, consistent pipeline of work, the firm is now looking to appoint an experienced Post Completion Specialist to join its expanding team.
This is an opportunity for a post completion professional seeking greater flexibility, autonomy and work-life balance, without sacrificing the quality of work, support, or career stability that comes with joining an established firm.
The Opportunity
Supporting a team of four experienced conveyancing fee earners, you will take ownership of the post completion process, ensuring transactions are concluded smoothly and all registrations and statutory submissions are completed accurately and within required timescales.

This role would suit an organised and detail-focused individual who enjoys being the crucial final link in the conveyancing process and takes pride in delivering an exceptional standard of work.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparing and submitting applications to HM Land Registry
- Filing SDLT returns accurately and within deadlines
- Managing Land Registry requisitions and associated correspondence
- Monitoring applications through to registration
- Maintaining accurate records and case management updates
- Providing post completion support to four fee earners
- Ensuring compliance with all post completion procedures and regulatory requirements
- Assisting with the efficient progression and conclusion of residential property transactions
Package
- £35,000 - £45,000 depending on experience

Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in a Post Completion, Conveyancing Assistant, Conveyancing Paralegal or similar role
- Strong knowledge of HM Land Registry processes and registrations
- Experience preparing and submitting SDLT returns
- Residential conveyancing post completion experience
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines effectively
- Strong communication and administrative skills
- Experience using conveyancing case management systems
