Principal Responsibilities
- Lodging all Residential Property registrations (including first registrations)
- Liaising with clients and lenders as appropriate
- Dealing with land registry requisitions
- Updating Lender Exchange and LMS throughout process
- Archiving matters
- Working through deeds held by the Firm to arrange collection / voluntary first reg as appropriate
- Assisting other departments lodge notices, restrictions etc.
- Diary Management to ensure applications lodged within priority periods and requisitions dealt with in time.
- Using case management system effectively ensuring all data is complete and accurate
- Carrying out any other duties within the employee’s skills and abilities whenever reasonably instructed
