Role - Post-Completion Manager
Location - Holland Park
Salary - £35k - £40k
Working Pattern - Full-time/hybrid
The Opportunity
A highly regarded and growing London law firm is looking to appoint an experienced Post-Completion Manager to join its team. This is a key position for an experienced conveyancing professional who can hit the ground running and take ownership of the firm's post-completion function. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' relevant experience, strong technical knowledge, and a proven ability to manage complex conveyancing matters from completion through to registration.
Key Responsibilities
- Taking responsibility for the day-to-day management of the post-completion function.
- Managing and overseeing a busy caseload of post-completion matters.
- Dealing with complex conveyancing matters and resolving issues efficiently.
- Managing HM Land Registry applications, registrations, and requisitions.
- Preparing and submitting SDLT returns and dealing with related post-completion requirements.
- Managing lender requirements, mortgage redemptions, and post-completion documentation.
- Monitoring registration applications and ensuring requisitions are dealt with promptly.
- Liaising with clients, lenders, HM Land Registry, solicitors, and other third parties.
- Ensuring all post-completion work is completed accurately and within required deadlines.
- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring the firm's case management systems are kept fully up to date.
- Supporting and overseeing members of the post-completion team where required.
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes and increase efficiency within the department.
- Ensuring compliance with the firm's internal procedures and relevant regulatory requirements.

About You

The ideal candidate will have:
- Minimum 5 years' experience within post-completion/conveyancing.
- Extensive knowledge of the full post-completion process.
- Proven experience handling complex conveyancing matters.
- Strong knowledge of HM Land Registry procedures and requisitions.
- Excellent working knowledge of InfoTrack.
- Excellent working knowledge of LEAP.
- Experience managing a high-volume caseload.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- The ability to work independently and take ownership of the function.
- Strong communication skills and confidence liaising with clients, lenders, and external stakeholders.
- Previous management or supervisory experience would be advantageous.
