Post Office Manager - Middlesbrough, Stokesley

Location: Middlesbrough, Stokesley

Salary: £29,365 per annum plus great benefits


Join us as a Post Office Manager where you'll lead a service that really matters to your community. With post office services in over 350 stores, our branches play an important role in supporting our colleagues, members, and customers every day. As Post Office Manager, you'll lead the day-to-day operation, bringing people together, supporting your team to succeed, and working closely with store colleagues.

What you'll do:

  • Lead, support, and develop your team to deliver great service and performance
  • Ensure the branch is safe, compliant, and runs smoothly day to day
  • Manage cash, balance, and reporting to maintain operational accuracy
  • Build strong relationships with customers, members, and the local community

What you'll bring:

  • Experience in a post office environment, including the use of systems such as Horizon, alongside cash, stock, and reporting processes
  • Experience leading or supporting a team in a fast-paced setting
  • Strong communication and organization skills, with a focus on improving performance
  • A passion for customer service and supporting your local community
