Job Context
Creative Remote was set up in 2022, as a remote offline editing facility and has grown to be one of the largest offline facilities in the UK, with nearly 200 edits housed in a data centre. In 2026 Creative Remote is opening its first building at 41 Old Street, housing over 30 edit suites, multiple breakout areas and edit assistant rooms to provide hybrid working for offline editing and to expand its marketplace offering. Created in partnership with some of the largest global unscripted series including Formula 1: Drive to Survive for Netflix and Make or Break for Apple TV+ we deliver complex edit workflows whilst allowing those creative teams to combine remote working and in house editing.
Job Purpose
This role is our main client point of contact and is responsible for managing our clients through the post-production process within our business. You will coordinate people, schedules, budgets, workflows, and client expectations to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required creative and technical standards.
Key Accountabilities
- To liaise and manage our clients projects from quoting and planning though to delivery
- Create and manage post-production quotes and budgets, tracking actual spend against forecasts
- Develop and maintain post-production schedules and timelines
- Coordinate workflows across editing, overseeing media management from ingest through to delivery
- To conduct market research to identify potential clients and sectors for growth
- To utilise CRM tools to manage client relationships and track sales performance
- To work alongside the bookings and technical support teams to manage ongoing projects, and to ensure communication with our clients is seamless
- To identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, industry events, and other lead generation activities and to grow existing client accounts
- To communicate effectively with senior management, providing insights and recommendations for strategic planning
- To act as a cohesive team member to understand client challenges and convey solutions on recommendation from the technical operations team

Essential
Required Knowledge, Experience and Skills
- Experience of managing clients in a post-production environment
- Demonstrable commercial judgement and business intelligence
- Demonstrable knowledge of post-production workflows
- Excellent project management and collaboration skills
- Demonstrable negotiation techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, networking ability
- Ability to work unsupervised, to be a self-starter
Desirable
- Knowledge of remote post-production operations, cloud computing, virtual machines
- Knowledge of CRMs
