About Us
The role is based on-site at our London Soho facility, Monday - Friday.
We are a small, friendly and busy boutique Post Production Facility in the heart of Soho. Our work is mainly in the world of shortform advertising and promotion as well as occasional longform.
We work with a wide variety of high-end clients and broadcasters and offer an end to end post production service through offline editing to finishing in Flame and Baselight, along with Audio services that include Sound Design, mixing, VO and Dolby Cinema.
Duties Will Include
- Building and maintaining client relationships with existing and new clients
- Scheduling jobs for our edit assistants and Flame/Audio/Grade Operators
- Keeping up to date with invoicing using our scheduling software
- Overseeing post production on shortform and longform projects from start to finish through the facility
- Uploading examples of our work to our social platforms and updating our website
- Assisting in the day to day running of the facility
- Being proactive in helping to generate new business

Relevant Skills And Experience Required
- Must be an extremely organised multi-tasker
- It is essential that you are flexible and always keen to get involved
- Previous post producing experience is essential in either longform or shortform
- A confident, friendly and effective communicator, able to liaise with senior and junior staff members as well as clients
- Proactive in overseeing and delivering client jobs, with a meticulous eye for detail
- Key Post Production workflow knowledge is essential
- A bucketload of get up and go!

This is a full-time maternity cover position expected to run from October 2026 to June 2027. Our standard working hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00AM to 6:00PM.
Salary will be based on relevant experience and will be discussed at the interview stage.
