JOB TITLE: Post Production Engineer

DEPARTMENT: Engineering

LOCATION: Twickenham Film Studios

ROLE TYPE: Full-Time/ Site based

Primary Purpose:

The Post-Production Engineer will have the opportunity to apply their expertise to our Sound and Picture post-production facilities and workflows in use on some of the industry’s biggest studio feature films and episodic television drama.

In this varied, complex and challenging role they will primarily contribute to the architecture, configuration, deployment, and support of our sound and picture post-production systems, including storage, networking and peripheral services and solutions. There will also be a requirement to employ their technical knowledge and skills to support other business systems around the studio site, within production facilities such as our shooting stages and serviced offices for example.

The candidate should possess a successful track record of working in an engineering capacity in post production and/or broadcast environments that deliver content of premium standard for film, television and streaming platforms. The role could also suit a candidate from an Audio-Visual systems commissioning background, experienced in deploying prime commercial projects, confident interfacing with key project stakeholders, and looking to apply and advance their expertise in a different industry.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
