Job Title

Experience

  • Minimum 10 years’ experience in creative post-production, ideally within a global retail brand’s in-house creative studio or a leading creative agency.

End-to-End Delivery

  • Lead post-production across global campaigns, overseeing stills, motion, digital and social content from brief through to final delivery.

Creative Excellence

  • Partner with Creative Directors and production teams to deliver premium creative across editing, retouching, colour grading, CGI, sound design and final finishing.

Production & Budget Management

  • Own post-production schedules, budgets, estimates, resources and workflows, ensuring delivery on time, within budget and to the highest standard.

Global Content & Adaptation

  • Oversee versioning, cutdowns and asset delivery across multiple markets, channels and formats, maximising content reuse.

Stakeholder & Partner Management

  • Manage relationships with creative teams, agencies, post-production partners and global stakeholders, ensuring clear briefs, consolidated feedback and efficient approvals.

Process & Innovation

  • Drive workflow efficiencies, champion new technologies and continuously improve post-production processes while maintaining creative quality.

DAM & Asset Management

  • Oversee the upload, organisation and delivery of final assets to the DAM, ensuring accurate naming, tagging, metadata, usage rights and version control to support efficient global access and content reuse.
