Experience

Minimum 10 years' experience in creative post-production, ideally within a global retail brand's in-house creative studio or a leading creative agency

End-to-End Delivery

Lead post-production across global campaigns, overseeing stills, motion, digital and social content from brief through to final delivery

Creative Excellence

Partner with Creative Directors and production teams to deliver premium creative across editing, retouching, colour grading, CGI, sound design and final finishing

Process & Innovation

Drive workflow efficiencies, champion new technologies and continuously improve post-production processes while maintaining creative quality

DAM & Asset Management

Oversee the upload, organisation and delivery of final assets to the DAM, ensuring accurate naming, tagging, metadata, usage rights and version control to support efficient global access and content reuse
