Wash is a boutique post production facility at London Bridge. We specialise in colour grading, VFX, Editing & Finishing for commercials, music promos and feature length films.
Studio Runner/Receptionist
As our studio runner/receptionist you'll act as a general assistant working under the direction of the post-producers, colourists and VFX artists to undertake whatever tasks are required to ensure the smooth running of the day to day post production process, as well as gaining knowledge and experience to develop and progress within the industry. You will also be the front of house; welcoming clients at reception.

Responsibilities:
- Welcoming clients, offering and making teas, coffees and lunches for clients and team members.
- Answer the telephone to clients and direct them to the right place.
- General administrative work.
- Fetch and carry items, such as equipment, drives, cables etc.
- Keeping the Hard Drive Log up to date.
- Get everything in place for attended sessions.
- Look after clients while they attend grading and vfx sessions.
- Undertake basic research.
- Social Media Posts and Website Updates.

- Strong organisational skills.

- Excellent time management with the ability to work to tight deadlines.
- Flexibility and the ability to think on your feet in order to find practical solutions to logistical problems.

- The ability to network with a range of people (including directors, DPs, Producers, Creatives - among others).
- The ability to remain calm and perform well under pressure.
- A proactive approach to work.
- An understanding of the industry.

This is a full time contracted position and is entirely working from our office at London Bridge. Applicants must have a strong interest in pursuing a career in post production.
