The role
If you are motivated, organised, and love keeping things moving, this is an exciting opportunity to join our Next Distribution Post Room team. In this role, you will be the driving force behind our daily mail and parcel operations, ensuring that everything gets exactly where it needs to be across our campus. Working closely with the wider distribution team, you’ll play a vital part in keeping our business connected and running smoothly. From day one, we’ll set you up for success with full training, including a professional Next van driver assessment to get you confidently on the road.
What you'll take on

- Coordinate outbound goods: Organise and prepare outgoing mail and packages, ensuring they are correctly processed and ready for dispatch.
- Drive between sites: Safely operate a Next company van to transport and distribute parcels between our various warehouses.
- Keep accurate digital records: Use Google Sheets and email to track, log, and monitor incoming and outgoing parcel data.
- Collaborate across the business: Build great relationships and communicate clearly with different teams to ensure packages reach the correct areas on time.
Reasons to use Rodeo
I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
