IS A CAREER AT TSP FOR YOU?

At TSP, our mission is simple: we keep buildings fuller for longer by delivering exceptional service, hospitality, and value to both tenants and landlords. Every member of our team is a community builder, problem solver, and brand ambassador, whether you're at a front desk, on a rooftop, or behind the scenes.

We believe in hospitality with purpose, presence with pride, and sweating the small stuff to make a big difference. You’ll be joining a team that listens deeply, acts with empathy, and always finds a way to improve the experience, for tenants, for clients, and for each other.

THE ROLE

The Post Room Operative will work closely with the Front of House team, Building Management, Facilities, Security, Cleaning, Maintenance, and external delivery partners to ensure the post room and associated services operate smoothly, safely, and to a consistently high standard. This would be a 12 Month Contract.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Post Room & Mail Management

  • Receive, sort, process, and distribute incoming post, parcels, and deliveries accurately and efficiently
  • Manage outgoing post, courier collections, and tenant mail requirements
  • Ensure all mail and parcels are handled securely and in accordance with building procedures
  • Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing deliveries where required
  • Notify tenants promptly of deliveries, collections, and items requiring attention
  • Manage the movement of large, urgent, or specialist deliveries in coordination with relevant teams

Tenant & Customer Service

  • Provide a professional, helpful, and approachable service to tenants and building users
  • Respond promptly and professionally to post room and delivery-related queries
  • Assist tenants with specific delivery requirements and provide clear information on post room procedures
  • Handle issues or complaints appropriately, escalating where necessary

Building Operations & Facilities Support

  • Coordinate access and delivery arrangements for contractors, suppliers, and larger deliveries
  • Ensure delivery areas, loading areas, post room spaces, and associated facilities are kept organised and presentable
  • Report maintenance, cleaning, security, or facilities issues promptly
  • Support building events, tenant activities, and operational requirements where post room or delivery support is required
  • Assist other building teams during busy periods or where additional operational support is needed

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
