DEVELOPMENT DETAILS

You’ll be at the heart of a landmark West London destination delivering up to 1,465 new homes, with an active, international resident community and a premium hospitality feel. Residents enjoy around 39,000 sq ft of world-class amenities, from elegant lounges and private cinemas to pools and a Health Club featuring virtual golf—so service expectations are high and varied throughout the day. With White City and Wood Lane Underground stations right at the entrance, the setting is vibrant, well-connected and fast-paced, offering a professional environment where great service is noticed.

ROLE EXPECTATIONS

You will run a seamless, secure and friendly post room service for residents and on-site teams, ensuring every parcel is accounted for and delivered with care. You will use digital systems to log, store and hand over items efficiently, while being a reassuring, helpful presence in a premium residential setting.

What Success Looks Like

  • Every item is accurately logged, securely stored and handed over with verified ID checks.
  • Residents consistently rate your service as prompt, polite and proactive.
  • Peak delivery times are managed calmly with clear priorities and zero backlogs.
  • The post room remains tidy, safe and compliant with procedures at all times.
  • Communication with concierge, security and contractors is timely and solution-focused.
  • Incidents, anomalies or damaged items are escalated quickly with complete records.

How You'll Spend Most Of Your Time

  • Receiving, scanning and logging mail and parcels into the system.
  • Organising secure storage and maintaining clear, orderly shelving.
  • Notifying residents and coordinating swift, verified collections.
  • Handling queries in person and via email/phone with a warm, professional approach.
  • Liaising with couriers, concierge and management to resolve delivery issues.
  • Conducting daily checks, audits and reporting to maintain compliance and accuracy.

Experience That Helps

  • Experience in a post room, concierge, logistics or retail stock environment.
  • Familiarity with parcel management or inventory systems.
  • Handling high volumes of deliveries with strong attention to detail.
  • Working within service standards, security protocols and GDPR awareness.
  • Experience in a premium hospitality or residential setting.
