The Brief
Working in Post Sale Services, you will be a core member of the Elmwood’s team, taking responsibility for a number of important aspects of the client experience with us. Your primary focus will be on the organisation and management of post-sale administration and logistics, ensuring a smooth and seamless process for clients - from invoicing and post-sale enquiries, to managing payment and ensuring delivery, as well as compliance and filing work.
Experience within a previous customer facing environment, being able to demonstrate excellent communication skills and customer service, is essential. The role is perfect for someone with standout organisational skills, as well as an individual who thrives in a fast paced environment.

Roles and Responsibilities
- To provide excellent customer service to Elmwood’s clients nationally and internationally across all channels of communication
- Overseeing of post-sale stock management including, but not limited to, the sorting of goods after sale
- Inputting results and creating and sending invoices
- Ensuring timely collection of payment for all invoices from buyers
- Packing and shipping sold lots to buyer and being responsible for customs invoice creation and filing as appropriate, as well as assisting with in-person customer collections and filing of relevant documents
- Handling all inbound post-sale enquiries
- Taking payments from clients both in person and over the telephone
- Providing regular updates on outstanding debtors and aged receivables on a sale-by-sale basis
- Taking appropriate collection action against unpaid invoices
- Assisting with general office maintenance and organisation
- Identifying with and promoting Elmwood’s core values
- Other duties as required by your manager and the Directors

Hours
- Monday-Friday 9am-6pm
- One Saturday per month 10am-4pm
- Occasional late evenings dependant on auction days
Salary
£30,000 - £40,000
