Job Description
Anima is looking for a Post-sales Growth Specialist to own the entire customer journey, from implementation to long-term expansion. You will join a high-agency Series A team to build the Customer Success function from scratch, creating the playbooks that scale our impact across 1,200+ clinics while serving as a vital link between clinical users and product.

What You Will Do
- Manage a portfolio of NHS accounts end-to-end, ensuring successful onboarding, high adoption rates, and fanatic customer satisfaction.
- Drive revenue protection and growth by identifying churn risks early and proactively surfacing opportunities for account expansion.
- Design and iterate on Customer Success infrastructure, including onboarding flows, adoption metrics, and data-driven frameworks to make success repeatable.
The ideal candidate
- 3+ years of experience in Customer Success or strategic Account Management within a high-growth B2B SaaS startup.
- Entrepreneurial builder mindset with a track record of creating processes, playbooks, and frameworks from scratch in ambiguous environments.
- Proven ability to manage complex deployments and own commercial outcomes like retention, renewals, and expansion revenue.
