Post Trade Operations & Reporting Specialist
Our client, a leading Investment Manager, is currently seeking a Post Trade Operations & Reporting Specialist.
The successful candidate will be an integral member of the global Operations team, you will play a key role in driving our trade settlement and reconciliations activity and client reporting processes, working closely with client teams and acting as a primary point of escalation.
You will have proven experience, be driven and a strong team player. Attention to detail and excellent communication skills are essential, given the bespoke reporting solutions provided to a wide-ranging group of clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the management team with strategic and tactical projects, including the onboarding of third-party providers to enhance reporting capabilities.
- Oversee all reporting cycles, ensuring reports are delivered on time and metrics tracked.
- Oversee settlement and reconciliation activity, ensuring accounts are signed off daily and metrics tracked.

Client Reporting
- Prepare and review performance reports, accurately and on time as part of the annual reporting cycle.
- Reports include quarterly client performance statements, annual client tax reports, client invoice calculations in line with client fee agreements, annual costs & charges reports and additional bespoke and ad hoc reports to support client meeting materials.
- Investigate reporting errors or issues as identified by the internal system’s automated checks, data validations or by other reviewers.

- Proactively monitor trade settlements and reconciliations across investments including mutual funds, daily dealing funds, hedge funds, private equity and cash; adhering to trade settlement policy and procedures.
Candidates must have experience:
- Prior experience within Investment Operations and Client Reporting
- Highly organised with the ability to manage and prioritise daily workloads to ensure deadlines are met.
- Self-starter with a solution driven mindset and team player ethos.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
- High degree of integrity and professionalism with strong interpersonal and communication skills
