About The Role
Pertemps is recruiting a Postal Delivery Driver in Gosport on behalf of Royal Mail. This full-time, temporary contract pays £13.69 hourly across 30 hours weekly. Shifts run Monday to Friday from 2pm to 10pm, with weekend availability also required. Duties begin at the delivery office, sorting and loading mail before heading out. A handheld device supports signature capture and route navigation. Deliveries involve walking up to eight miles daily, plus lifting mail bags to 16kg and parcels to 20kg. Applicants need comfort working alone outdoors, solid customer service instincts, and the physical stamina this Gosport position demands.

About The Role:
Pertemps is proud to support Royal Mail in recruiting Multi-Drop Postal Delivery Drivers in Gosport.
If you have a passion for customer service and enjoy working independently outdoors, this is the perfect role for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Start your shift at the local delivery office to sort and load your deliveries
- Use a handheld device for signature capture and route navigation
- Deliver letters and parcels by foot and/or vehicle – walking up to 8 miles per day
- Lift and carry mail bags (up to 16kg) and parcels (up to 20kg)
- Use delivery trolleys when required

Requirements:
- Full UK manual driving licence (maximum 6 points; clean licence preferred) Need to have held your license for 6 months.
- Previous delivery or driving experience is beneficial but not essential
- Excellent time management and customer service skills
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
