Grade UE04: £26,093 to £28,778 per annum
College of Arts, Humanities & Social Sciences / School of Health in Social Science
Full-time: 35 hours per week, 1FTE
Fixed-term: for 12 months

The Opportunity
This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start their career in higher education administration or for someone who wants to widen their experience in a new area to progress their career.
The School of Health in Social Science is looking for an enthusiastic Postgraduate Research Administration Assistant to provide a high standard of administrative support for postgraduate research programmes across the School. Working closely with academic and professional service colleagues, you will be a reliable and approachable point of support for staff and students, playing a key part in enabling postgraduate research student activity to run smoothly.
The role is offered on a fixed-term basis for a period of 12-months and is available immediately.
We are open to considering requests for hybrid working (on a non-contractual basis) that combines a mix of remote and regular on-campus working. Currently professional services staff in the School are expected to work on campus a minimum of 2 days a week, although this is dependent on service need and is subject to change.

The salary for this post is £26,093 - £28,778 per annum. Appointments are usually made at the starting point on the pay scale.
