We are a small, friendly and highly specialised team dedicated to protecting body shape, promoting comfort and improving quality of life. Our approach combines expert assessment, carefully selected equipment, practical training and ongoing clinical support.
We work collaboratively with clients, families, support teams, case managers and healthcare professionals to deliver personalised solutions that make a meaningful difference.
The Opportunity
We are seeking experienced Physiotherapists and Occupational Therapists with expertise in seating and postural care to join our growing associate team.
This is a self-employed associate opportunity, not an employed position, making it ideal for clinicians who value flexibility, autonomy and specialist clinical practice. Associates work across the South East, providing assessments, reviews, training, and clinical support for people with complex physical disabilities.

Expected Workload
We are ideally looking for clinicians who can commit to at least one day per week, although additional opportunities may be available as demand grows.
What You'll Be Doing
- Conducting specialist postural care and seating assessments
- Providing recommendations for 24-hour postural care programmes
- Undertaking body symmetry measurements where appropriate
- Working closely with clients, families and multidisciplinary teams
- Delivering practical training and support
- Completing clear, evidence-based clinical reports
- Participating in clinical discussions and ongoing professional development
Essential Requirements
- HCPC registered Physiotherapist or Occupational Therapist
- Minimum 5 years' experience in seating and postural care (posture management)
- Experience supporting people with complex physical disabilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
- Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
- Ability to work independently whilst remaining part of a collaborative clinical team

Desirable Requirements
- Postgraduate training or qualifications relevant to seating and postural care
- Experience undertaking body symmetry measurements
- Experience working with case managers, support providers and multidisciplinary teams
- Experience delivering training to carers, families or professionals
