The Role
As a Powder Coater / Metal Finisher, you will be responsible for preparing and finishing a range of products to a high standard. You will work as part of the Operations team and play an important role in ensuring finished products meet the required quality standards.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Powder coating white goods, trolleys and other metal products
- Degreasing and cleaning products before powder coating
- Preparing surfaces using hand and power tools
- Buffing and polishing where required
- Carrying out quality checks and ensuring consistency in finished products
- General manufacturing and assembly duties
- Maintaining a clean, tidy and safe working environment
- Supporting other areas of the manufacturing operation when required
- Following company HSE policies and safe working practices

Shift Details
£14.00 per hour
Monday to Thursday 7am-4pm
Friday 7am-12pm
Overtime available on Saturdays
What We're Looking For
We are looking for someone who is reliable, hands-on and takes pride in the quality of their work.
You should have:
- Previous experience in powder coating, metal finishing or a similar manufacturing environment
- Experience using hand and power tools
- Good attention to detail and a strong focus on quality
- A reliable and dependable approach to work
- Good time management and the ability to meet deadlines
- A flexible approach and willingness to support different areas of the operation
- Good communication skills
- A positive, can-do attitude
- The ability to work effectively as part of a team
