About The Role

As The Powder Coating Factory Operative You Will
- Prepare products ready for coating.
- Assist the sprayer.
- Be hand blasting.
- Quality check finished items.
- Pack coated parts for transport.
- Work around curing ovens and warm conditions throughout the year.
We are looking for a Powder Coating Factory Operative with:
- Experience in manufacturing, production, warehousing or similar environment would be advantageous.
- Ability to read internal paperwork.
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills.
- Ability to work in a physically active manufacturing environment.
- Record of stability and commitment in previous employment.
You will be joining a company who are investing significant time and effort into training new starters. In return you will receive
