Are you an experienced Powder Coating Team Leader, Paint Line Supervisor or Production Team Leader looking for a better work-life balance? The role
You'll lead the team, ensuring production targets, quality standards and health & safety requirements are achieved. Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and motivating the team
- Planning workloads and meeting production deadlines
- Overseeing pre-treatment, powder coating, curing and inspection
- Monitoring quality, material usage and equipment performance
- Driving continuous improvement and reducing waste
- Ensuring compliance with ISO 9001, COSHH and Health & Safety procedures
- Training and developing team members

About You
- Previous experience in powder coating, paint line or surface finishing
- Experience leading a team within a manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of powder coating processes and quality standards
- Ability to read technical drawings and specifications
- Understanding of Lean Manufacturing or continuous improvement techniques is advantageous
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
