Role Description
This is a remote, contract role (approx 3 months) for a Power Apps & Power Automate Developer.
The developer will design, build, and maintain Power Apps solutions and Power Automate workflows that support our customer’s business processes and digital transformation initiatives.

- Gathering and refining requirements with stakeholders
- Configuring data connections
- Integrating with Microsoft 365 and other systems
- Optimising existing apps and flows for performance and reliability

The role also involves:
- Troubleshooting issues
- Ensuring security and compliance within the Microsoft ecosystem
- Documenting solutions
- Collaborating closely with consultants and clients to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions within agreed timelines
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Microsoft Power Platform - specifically Power Apps and Power Automate, with experience designing, testing, and deploying production-ready solutions.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and related services, such as SharePoint, Teams, and Dataverse, and the ability to integrate Power Platform solutions with these tools.
- Experience working with data sources and APIs (e.g., REST APIs, SQL databases, Azure services) to build secure, reliable integrations and automate cross-system workflows.
- Capability in solution design and requirements analysis, including translating business needs into technical specifications and user-centric app designs.
- Solid understanding of security, governance, and compliance within the Microsoft cloud ecosystem, including role-based access control and data protection best practices.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work remotely with clients and internal teams, manage priorities, and deliver to agreed deadlines.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Power Platform, Microsoft 365, Azure) and prior consulting or client-facing experience are highly beneficial.
- Experience working with SMEs or growth-focused businesses and familiarity with agile delivery practices is an advantage.
